Design

An in-house Ferrarini technician will handle the entire design process, following the customer step-by-step, through to completion of the design, build and installation of the project, helping to weigh up technical choices and supporting the customer in choosing the most suitable style solutions.

Production

The production of Ferrarini security components is at the Parma-based recent production facilities, in Via Depretis 4/A, in the neighbouring industrial area to the city centre, carried out by highly trusted and skilled workers, who manufacture components exclusively to order and customer specifications.

In the new showroom dedicated to showcasing samples of various products, customers may experience the various types of models and lines available first hand.

Installation

The Company manufactures and installs components tested for resisting a long series of opening and closing cycles, for providing ten-year product warranties.

In addition, Ferrarini, for ensuring that design standards are met for its products, only employs installation engineers who have been trained and verified according to the Ferrarini Posa Sicura system, which provides for ongoing participation of its technicians in training courses in the technical closure field and specialised courses regarding anchoring security components, break in and forced entry methods of anti-burglary systems and techniques for installing burglar resistant systems.

After installation, the Company issues its customers with an installation certificate attesting installation to the highest “workmanlike” standards, according to the Ferrarini Posa Sicura system, guaranteeing correct installation of each individual Ferrarini security component supplied with expert installation.
