Lock replacement

Locks are installed or replaced directly by Ferrarini technicians on any type and brand of security door and they are usually equipped with the latest and most advanced burglary protection systems, which normally provide for:

• Locks with anti-tampering devices against petty theft and aggravated breaking and entering using force
• Locks with “anti-extraction traps” that block the lock in cases of forcing and extraction of the cylinder with the device locked (if any, then compatible with the brand required)
• Ferrarini 2014 Special Armoured Defender, i.e. latest generation anti-burglary and anti-drill protection with shock resistant and pipe resistant function suitable for class 5 security doors
• Armoured European Cylinder Stainless Steel Version
• Cutting of keys protected by personsalised card allowing the cutting of keys only at the Ferrarini authorised centre and exclusively on the card being exhibited for a minimum of 1 key, having the same encoding
• Class 3 anti-drill (reinforced by special Defender class 5)
• Anti-snapping and anti-extraction
• Explosion resistance of the cylinder body (avoids possible breaking of the main casing of European cylinder in the event of an attempt at opening with “power keys” and/or cylinder extractors and/or internal dilation and expansion systems)
• Custom reversible keys with 30 actuator pins with anti-probe + anti-tampering + anti-decoding and anti-bumping features (to complicate tampering attempts using picks and/or electronic guns simulating bumping)

Armoured European cylinders installed by Ferrarini provide customers with the option of encoding keys as needed, deciding the function of each key and for recognising it later on. Moreover, Ferrarini offers the option of further customising personal sets of keys by choosing special coloured plastic key hoods, available in 17 different colours; identifying keys will be as easy as abc and, remember, “Ferrarini the master artist” only sees life in technicolour!
